Spanish Mauser Model 1893 Short Rifle in 7 X 57 (7mm Mauser) PICTURES
Dated 1906, possibly served in the Spanish Civil
War. About 50% blue remaining but no rust or pitting on it. Bore has
strong sharp rifling that shines with slight frost in grooves. Still in
7 X 57 mauser chambering. Floorplate is not matching, Bolt handle
numbers are unreadable . Wood has a nice aged patina with the
normal dings & bruises of a rifle it's age. A seldom seen piece

PICTURES
Brazillian 1908, DWM 7 X 57 overall VG shape.
Complete matching piece. Bore has strong rifling with some frosting in
grooves. Stock has some dried crusty stuff remaining on it with the
majority being scraped off at some time in the past. Unusual stock
cartouche. Looks like LOTS of fiddleback on the stock, will look real
nice when cleaned up

Early Argentine Contract mauser made by LOWE in
Berlin overall VG+ shape. Shortened by the importer into a "Mannlicher
Sporter" and a carbine bolt has replaced the straight handle.
LOTS of fiddleback on the stock. Bore looks bright & shiny with
strong rifling.
